Foods we eat more frequently than we used to
Asian greens – bok choy, choy sum, pak choy etc.
Cheese on burgers (Aussies seem to have cheese with everything, so that a ‘burger’ comes with cheese by default.)
Cheese and bacon rolls
Tropical fruits, especially mangoes
Avocados, cucumbers and tomatoes
Rock cakes, malt loaf, banana bread, raisin bread
Foods we hardly ever eat, which we used to eat before
Ready meals like spaghetti bolognese or spaghetti with meatballs
Pies and Cornish pasties
Blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
Tinned fish – if I have time, I’ll explain about this later.
